Mr. Omar Macias, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Recon Security Corp., counts with a combine 38 years experience in the Law Enforcement Field in both the Federal Government and in the private sector. At the age of 18 years old Mr. Macias obtained his first commission to be an armed Security Officer in the State of Texas. Mr. Macias was selected and appointed to the United States Border Patrol Academy at the age of 20 years old. After graduation from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia Mr. Macias was assigned to the Southwest Mexico/United States Border where he gained the necessary knowledge and experience in enforcing U.S. Federal Immigration Laws. Mr. Macias also has extensive experience and knowledge of enforcing U.S. Customs laws as Customs Inspector in El Paso, Texas.
